EDITORIAL COMMENTS
This publication was designed to remind everyone in the law enforcement community about the hazards the chronic drunken driver poses to the communities we serve. A chronic drunk/drugged driver is a motorist who has more than one alcohol or drug related conviction on their driving record. The arrests depicted in this publication were submitted by the officers who made the stop to help us increase our awareness about the seriousness of this dilemma. Officers desiring to submit an arrest which meets this criteria should submit a completed copy of the "Worst of the Worst Drunk Driving Offender" data sheet to S.T.O.R.M. by mail or by faxing the completed document to the attention of Sgt. Jonathan Uribe c/o (616) 337-8033. Submissions can only be made via the STORM web-site: www.mistorm.com. A copy of this data sheet can also be requested directly from S.T.O.R.M..
Comments or suggestions concerning the improvement of this publication should be directed to the editor.
